Villlage Church Concerts

Welcome to our music page!

Given its fine acoustics, Trinity is a favorite venue for local and regional musicians, whether their repertoire is sacred or secular. Espressiva, a piano-cello duo from Petoskey, MI, was featured on our chancel-stage August 12, 2010.

Admission to Village Church Concerts is free, though offerings are gratefully accepted to help underwrite the costs of hosting musicians.

Some other concerts appear below. Please visit this page again to see added events.

7:00 PM Friday, August 26, 2011 -- Northmen Gospel Singers

This talented group out of Cheboygan, MI last appeared here in 2008. They began as the quartet in a local production of "The Music Man," and enjoyed their experience together so much that they chose to add others and continue to perform. But then, however, their genre would be Gospel, not Barbershop.

Their concerts benefit local charities, and here they chose to help stock Trinity's Food Pantry for Sunday Supper and mid-week needs of indigents.

2:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2011 --
A Flute and Friends

Flutist-extraordinaire Mary Ann Hubbard returns to our chancel-stage with assorted instrumentalists and vocalists. It is a reprise of the 2010 concert that delighted all with a repertoire of sacred and secular music.
